Curioser and curioser

I was applying for an internship with the DOE and I came across the strangest question. Here is a screen shot. Naturally, my answer was no. But really, who would answer yes?

It looks as though there is an INFO button right next to the question. Did you click it? Perhaps it was some sort of trick to screen out those who think that the DOE is really stupid enough to ask nonsensical question. Maybe clicking on that button displayed your undying desire to be thorough and accurate in your application process, showing that you go above and beyond the normal level of understanding and strive for transcendental understanding. Maybe you would have gotten the internship on the spot, had you clicked that. Or maybe it isn't a button.

Actually, I did click on the button. It turns out you are supposed to answer yes if you've been selected by The National Science Foundation for some program. Apparently its because the NSF is supposed to pay for your travel or something.
